Are you searching for ways to be more present for your loved ones and yourself?   Join me for a weekend women's retreat in Saugatuck, MI, October 10 - 12,  2025!  A perfect space for you to unwind and "undo your doing" while learning tools and practices to bring you back to the present moment, uncovering answers within yourself you never knew existed.  Ayurveda, the Science of Life, will be introduced as a background for this retreat.  Relax your body, mind, and spirit by practicing yoga, meditation, and journaling in this beautiful, serene, natural setting.  Connect closely with nature and feel an intimate sense of rejuvenation and calm.  All of this brings you back to balance, to your true nature, to YOU.

Sample Itinerary 

The sample itinerary offered below is a general idea of how the days will flow.  We will be flexible based on the weather and other factors.  All offerings are accessible to all levels, and none are mandatory.  Combined, they work together to balance mind, body, and spirit.   You can choose them based on your needs to find balance and peace.  You can be as busy or as reflective as you need to be based on your journey and goals, which may include resting or trying something new.
  
Unscheduled time, *Mindful Moments,  can be spent resting, in quiet reflection, walking, socializing, reading, exercising, writing, or meditating.  We will honor a dedicated quiet space for those in need of serenity.  There is no one agenda for finding your balance. It is all up to you...

Acommodations

This rustic, modern, upscale vacation home is located on seven private acres and includes a private covered pavilion with a wood-burning fireplace.  Feel free to enjoy a walk in the woods or just rest curled up in the Gathering Room with a book.  This natural, serene setting will provide you with whatever it is you need to get back to YOU.

Please note that rooms with multiple beds will be assigned a roommate unless you list the name of the person you want to share a room with at the time of reservation.  Book now to ensure your room choice is available.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
  • Refunds will be made only if the room can be rebooked before the session for the same price.

  • If you want to share a room with a friend or family member, both of you need to register separately.
  • We will honor a smoke-free environment during this retreat.
